| So after my build update post a few days ago there was some question about my body work and Nismo wheels. I have the 18x9.5 +30 offset Nismo 350z rear wheels with 275/35 18 Dunlop Direzza tires. The question was why did I need to pull the fenders to get them to fit. I have seen posts on here before about them not fitting, so it should be no surprise. But for the doubters here is a before pic. I know its sitting high and its hard to truly tell how far off they are, but its the only pic I have. When it was at ride height they stuck out about a half inch past the fender.
The only way I can see someone getting these wheels to fit without body work is to have seriously retarded camber! I for one would rather not use just the 2 inner most inches of my tires. For comparison here is the after pic from a few days ago after having my fenders pulled. Notice I do not have a lot of camber.
